The administrative area of Weiss Advocacia acts in the advisory and litigation scope.

The work carried out is focused on strategic legal support in the interpretation of rules and contracts to minimize risks of administrative accountability, in public tenders and contracts, public bids, preparation of opinions and terms, as well as in the defense and presentation of client appeals in the face of assessments and interfaces with authorities and administrative bodies in general, especially the Public Prosecutor’s Office, City Halls, state and local agencies and other stakeholders involved.
